Trade Show Photo Booth FAQ

How much space does the photo booth need at a trade show?

Plan on at least 10ft x 10ft of level space with 8.5ft of ceiling clearance. Send us your booth dimensions and floor plan and we will help you plan the layout.

What power do you need at the convention center?

Two standard 120V electrical outlets within 5 feet of the photo booth. Convention centers usually require exhibitors to order electrical service through the venue before the show, so include it in your exhibitor services order.

Can you put our branding on the photos?

Yes. Every package includes a custom photo overlay with your logo, colors, and messaging. You can also bring your own branded backdrop or choose one of ours.

Can you cover a multi-day convention?

Yes. We book multi-day trade shows and conventions and staff the photo booth with an attendant every day of the event. Send us your show dates and hours for a quote.

How do load-in and setup work?

We coordinate arrival, load-in, and setup times with you and the venue so the photo booth is ready before the show floor opens.

How much does a trade show photo booth cost?
