Most companies (including us) price per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Each extra hour usually costs less than the first three.
Prints vs. Digital-Only
On-site printing adds equipment and consumables cost — typically $25–$75/hour over digital-only packages.
Date & Demand
Peak Saturdays in wedding season book at full rate and fill up months out. Off-peak dates give you more flexibility.
Customization
Custom overlays, branded prints, and your choice of backdrop are pricey add-ons at a lot of companies. With us, they're built into every package.
Attendant
Every event we do is staffed by a pro who keeps the line moving and the photos sharp — always included, never an extra line item.
Travel
Distance from the company's base can add a fee. Travel is included within our standard Austin-area service area.

Do you charge a travel fee?
Not within our standard Austin-area service area, including Austin, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, and Pflugerville. Events outside this area may require an additional travel fee based on location. Any applicable travel fee will be confirmed before booking.
