We need at least 10ft x 10ft of level space with 8.5ft of ceiling clearance, plus two standard 120V electrical outlets within 5 feet of the photo booth. Our photo booth is designed for indoor use.

Travel

Travel is included for parties in Austin and nearby cities like Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville. Farther locations may have a travel fee, confirmed before booking. See our service areas.

How far in advance should we book a photo booth for our holiday party?

As soon as you have a date and venue. December Fridays and Saturdays are the most requested dates of the year, so they fill up first.

Can you put our company logo on the photos?

Yes. Every package includes a custom photo overlay. We design it in a holiday style with your company logo, party name, and date.

How much does a holiday party photo booth cost?

Packages start at $150/hour with a 3-hour minimum, which is $450 for a digital-only party. Print packages add photo strips or 4x6 prints for each participating guest. See our pricing page for full details.

How much space does the photo booth need?

At least 10ft x 10ft of level floor space with 8.5ft of ceiling clearance, plus two standard 120V electrical outlets within 5 feet. A corner of a conference room, ballroom, or restaurant private room usually works well.

Can you set up at our office?

Yes. We set up in offices, restaurants, hotels, breweries, and event venues across the Austin area. Our photo booth is designed for indoor use.

Do guests get their photos right away?

Yes. Guests get their photos by text right after each session, and print packages include prints for each participating guest. You also receive a complete digital gallery of every photo after the party.
