Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of all ATX Photo Booth services, a service of Rami G Enterprises, LLC, including our photo booth at events, our online photo gallery at gallery.atxphotobooth.com, and this website.

Photo Booth Services

By using our photo booth at an event, you consent to having your photo taken and displayed in the event's online gallery (if enabled by the event organizer). Photos may be shared by the event organizer for event promotion purposes.

Booking and Events

  • Event bookings are subject to availability and the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are specified in your booking contract.
  • ATX Photo Booth reserves the right to use event photos in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon with the event organizer.

Online Gallery

  • Photos are made available through our online gallery for viewing and downloading by event guests.
  • Event organizers control gallery visibility, password protection, and guest access settings.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable laws.
  • Gallery availability is provided on an "as is" basis and may be subject to maintenance.

Text Messaging Service

  • By entering your phone number at the photo booth, you consent to receive a single text message containing a link to your photo.
  • No recurring messages will be sent. Each request results in one message only.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Compatible carriers include all major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

  • Photos taken at events are provided for personal use by event guests.
  • The event organizer and ATX Photo Booth retain the right to use photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Custom design templates created for events remain the property of ATX Photo Booth / Rami G Enterprises, LLC.
  • The ATX Photo Booth name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Rami G Enterprises, LLC.

Limitation of Liability

ATX Photo Booth provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss of photos, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party services (including SMS delivery or payment processing). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
