Our Services

Rami G Enterprises, LLC operates the following services:

• ATX Photo Booth (www.atxphotobooth.com): Photo booth rental services for events in Austin, TX and Central Texas
• ATX Photo Booth Online Gallery (gallery.atxphotobooth.com): Online photo gallery and sharing platform for event guests
• ATX Photo Booth Downloads (downloads.atxphotobooth.com): Download site where event clients receive their complete event photos, including original full-resolution images

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Photos: We capture photos of guests at events using our photo booth equipment. These photos are stored on our servers and made available through our online gallery and, for event clients, our downloads site.
• Phone Numbers: If you choose to receive your photo via text message, we collect your phone number solely to send you a link to your photo. Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and are not used for marketing purposes.
• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and event location when you book our services or contact us through our website.
• Event Information: Event dates, type, and venue details necessary to provide our photo booth services, and settings configured by event organizers.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our websites, including IP address and browser type, collected through analytics tools.
• Transaction Data: IP address and browser information captured when you submit inquiries, sign contracts, make payments, or approve design templates. This information is collected for security, fraud prevention, and to create a legal record of your actions.
• Calls and Voicemails: Calls to (512) 281-7264 are answered by our automated phone system. We keep a record of the calling phone number and call time. If you leave a voicemail, we record it and create a written transcript so we can respond to you.
• Sponsor Email Signups: At some events, guests can join a sponsor's mailing list on a signup screen. If you choose to sign up, we collect the name and email address you enter and share them with that sponsor, as described on the signup screen. The sponsor's own privacy policy, linked on the signup screen, governs how the sponsor uses your information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your photo booth photos via our online gallery, downloads site, or text message
• Send photos to guests via SMS during events (with consent)
• Display photos in the event's online gallery (if enabled by the event organizer)
• Process and fulfill your photo booth rental bookings and send confirmations
• Communicate with you about your event and reservation and provide customer support
• Respond to your calls, voicemails, and messages
• Operate, maintain, and improve our services and website experience
• Prevent fraud and ensure the security of our services
• Comply with legal obligations

IP Address and Device Information

For your protection and ours, we record your IP address and device information (browser type) when you perform certain actions on our platform. This includes:

• Submitting a booking inquiry or lead form
• Signing your service agreement/contract
• Making payments
• Approving, declining, or requesting changes to design templates

This information serves as a digital record of your actions and consent, similar to a notarized signature. It helps prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and creates an audit trail for legal and business purposes. This data is stored securely and retained for the duration required by applicable law or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Text Messaging (SMS)

ATX Photo Booth, a service of Rami G Enterprises, LLC, offers an optional SMS photo delivery service at live events. This service is entirely voluntary — you are not required to provide your phone number to use the photo booth.

How consent is collected: After your photo is taken, the photo booth iPad displays a sharing screen. If you choose to receive your photo via text, you physically type your mobile phone number on the iPad touchscreen. Before sending, the following consent language is displayed on-screen:

"By tapping Send SMS, you agree to receive a one-time text from ATX Photo Booth with your photo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

By tapping the "Send SMS" button, the guest provides express consent to receive a single text message. No phone numbers are pre-loaded, auto-filled, or collected without direct input and affirmative action by the guest.

• You will receive one (1) text message containing a link to view and download your photo.
• We do not send marketing messages, recurring messages, or share your phone number with third parties for promotional purposes.
• Phone numbers are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are used solely for photo delivery.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to opt out of any future messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Compatible carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text messaging is powered by Twilio.

Photo Usage and Intellectual Property

Photos taken at events are provided for personal use by event guests and are shared directly with guests via SMS or email based on their consent at the time of photo capture. Event organizers may use photos for event promotion purposes. ATX Photo Booth may use event photos in our portfolio, marketing materials, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

The custom photo overlay/template designs created by ATX Photo Booth remain the intellectual property of ATX Photo Booth / Rami G Enterprises, LLC and may be used for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Data Storage and Security

• Photos and data are stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Lightsail. Complete event galleries and original photos for our downloads site are also stored on our own secured servers.
• Phone numbers are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention

Event photos are retained on our servers for the duration requested by the event organizer. Phone numbers are retained only as long as needed for delivery tracking and are not used beyond the scope of the event. Booking and contract data is retained for legal and accounting purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

Our websites use cookies, similar technologies, and Google Analytics to enhance your browsing experience and understand how visitors interact with our sites. This information is used to improve our services and is not linked to individual identities. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help operate our business:

• Twilio: For sending photo delivery text messages at events and operating our phone system. Twilio's privacy policy.
• CheckCherry: For booking and reservation management.
• Google Analytics: To understand website usage and improve our services. Google's privacy policy.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: For website security and performance. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses to protect and deliver our websites. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
